To allow time for these important conversations, the school will be closed to students for the day.

Why These Conferences Matter

Parent/Carer–Teacher Learning Conferences provide a valuable opportunity to focus on your child’s learning and wellbeing. During these meetings, teachers and families can discuss:

• How your child has settled into the school year
• The learning goals they are currently working towards
• The strengths and skills they are developing
• How we can work together to best support your child’s growth, learning, and wellbeing at both school and home

These conversations play an important role in building a shared understanding and supporting positive outcomes for students.

Booking Your Conference

A booking link is now available on Compass, where families can select a meeting time that suits their schedule.

Appointments may be booked as either:

• Face‑to‑face meetings, or
• Phone interviews

If you require a phone consultation, please email the teacher directly to advise.

Conferences will be held across the school in the following learning areas and locations:

• STEM 1 – Science
• Library Booths – Mathematics
• Library Classroom – HASS
• G Block Activity Area – English
• Gym – HPE
• PAT – The Arts
• H13 – Career Pathways
• STEM 2 – Technologies

Additional Support and Hospitality

Our champion Hospitality students will be providing hot and cold drinks for families to enjoy throughout the day. Refreshments will be available from HEC 4.

We will also have local community agencies on site, offering families the chance to learn more about services and programs that support young people and families.
